Monday Message: November 10th
We wish you a lovely fall break and look forward to seeing students back to school on Thursday!
On Friday, November 7th, the students and staff at Andrew Sibbald School honored and observed Remembrance Day and Indigenous Veteran’s Day. Students did an excellent job showing respect and care as we discussed the themes of courage, sacrifices and hope for peace.
Thank you to the parents who were able to join us for our November Council Meeting last week. As noted, we will be finalizing our school’s School Development Plan and posting to our website by the end of November. We are very proud of our students, teachers and staff for their incredible hard work and progress over the 2024-25 school year. There are many areas to celebrate and we look forward to continuing our goals in mathematics, writing and wellbeing over the course of the current school year.

Parent Teacher Conference Booking
Please note that booking for Parent Teacher Conferences opens on Monday, November 17th through your MyCBE PowerSchool Account.
Please Send Labelled Winter Gear
Parents, our students go outside to play and learn in all seasons! Please ensure that your child has snow pants, boots, gloves and toques at school so they are able to stay warm and dry. Labelling your child’s items sure helps them (and our staff) to be able to return lost items and keep our lost and found inventory to a minimum. Thank you!
