Dear Andrew Sibbald families,

We have made it to the final week of the 2025-26 school year. Wow!

We are looking forward to celebrating our grade 5 students at their farewell event this Tuesday.  It is an exciting time as they prepare to head onto their next adventure, middle school!

I would like to thank our parent volunteers and Parent Association who make this celebration possible. Thank you to Ms. Chen and Ms. Braat for your own work to make this event a success as well as your steadfast support for these students throughout the year. To all Andrew Sibbald staff, your support for these students throughout their elementary years has made a tremendous impact. Thank you!

Students, we will miss you but are so proud of you and wish you the best of luck!

I would also like to extend huge appreciation to our Parent Association and volunteers for a fantastic Pancake Breakfast last week. What a fantastic event, it was also great to see the students’ western spirit.

This week classrooms/grades will be recognizing the end of the school year in their own way. On Friday we will come together as a school community for an assembly to celebrate the end of the school year. There are also some freezie treats for students on Friday, any dietary concerns, please follow up with your child’s teacher.
